Vertical Case Packaging Technology for small packages

ELEMATIC® 2000 Serie:

Our small case packer series working according to the lowering principle. Depending on the equipment it is appropriate for the types of packaging tray, décollate case, wrap around and tray with inner hood. This series has various advantages such as easy accessibility for the operator, the balcony design with a closed drive unit at the back and its small dimensions for a perfect integration into inline packaging lines. Due to the lowering principle the packaging can be formed tightly and compactly around the collated product.
This machine series is designed for the small format range and reaches capacities up to 30 resp. 50 cases per minute depending on the version.

Vertical Case Packer Technology for large packages

ELEMATIC® 3000 Serie:

Our robust, large case packer series working according to the lowering principle. Depending on the equipment it is appropriate for the types of packaging tray, décollate case, full wrap around and tray with inner hood. Its main advantage is the very robust, reliable and slim design in inline version, i.e. it fits perfectly into inline packaging lines. Due to the lowering principle the packaging can be formed tightly and compactly around the collated product.
This machine series is designed for the large format range and reaches capacities up to 25 cases per minute.

Top Loading Technologies as Case Packer

ELEMATIC® 6000 Serie:

Our case packing technology with robot technology works according to the top loading principle. Depending on the equipment it is appropriate for the types of packaging tray, décollate case, full wrap around and tray with outer hood. The machine's advantages refer to all products which have to be inserted into the case from top by a top loading movement and which have to be sucked or gripped before they are inserted. Top loaders normally consist of the modules erecting, filling and closing.
Top loading machines are suitable for all format ranges and reach capacities up to 200 cases per minute depending on the version.

Paal Top Loaders are equipped with robots of the global market leaders. These robots are available with 2 , 4 or 6 axis.
