PAAL at Automatica in Munich from June 10th - 13th

ELEMATIC 7000 F-5

We will present you a picker ELEMATIC 7000 F-5 for the application in the automation and packaging sector. The picker with two 5-axes robots is characterized by a capacity of 100 picks /minute. As the picker can be fixed either on the floor, at the wall or from top, it is very flexible. The picker is fully washable and can therefore not only be used for the technical industry but also in critical areas such as unpacked food or pharmaceuticals. This novelty has a range of 1800 mm and a carrying capacity up to 2000 g.

With 5 or 6 axes this picker handles competently tasks with highest flexibility requirements such as erecting products vertically after they have been recognized and gripped. Randomly arriving products are recognized, gripped or sucked and inserted into trays. The line tracking process assures an exceptionally smooth operation.

Roboshaker

Our robotic bartender (patent pending) will be a highlight of the show. The Roboshaker shows the possibilities of a robot and is used for promotions. Visitors of the booth will experience live demonstrations with enjoyment.
