The series of software-based Assist Systems increases the efficiency of all ELEMATIC machines.

The software simplifies the production planning and scheduling with all its respective maintenance and servicing. Additionally, the Assist Systems help save energy.

The software consistently uses down times for energy saving and puts the machine into standby or sleep mode. Compared to normal production down times the Sleep mode saves up to 70% energy as it almost completely shuts down the machine during breaks in production. The modules influence amongst others energy consuming components such as conveyor technique, servo and hotmelt systems.

Most of the ELEMATIC machines can be retrofitted with the new Paal Assist Systems.

The Assist Systems allow for substantial energy saving and help with maintenance and servicing.
