Bosch Remshalden at the Interpack 2011

More than 1000 visitors were interested in our case packers designed in Remshalden.

At the Interpack 2011 in Düsseldorf more than 1000 visitors informed themselves about the latest developments of the ELEMATIC solutions from Remshalden. Bosch Packaging Systems GmbH offers a long-time experience in sector of secondary- and case packing with their focus on shelf-ready/retail-ready packaging. Exposed were 2 case packers ELEMATIC 1000 SL and ELEMATIC 3000. The ELEMATIC 1000 SL is a one-level-high-speed machine for the capacity of up to 660 folding boxes per minute. A new high-speed collation module with modern servo technology enables the high output rate. Additionally the machine could be changed into the new format easily and quickly. The ELEMATIC 1000 SL handles pre-glued RSC blanks with up to 28 cases per minute. The also presented ELEMATIC 3000 packs folding boxes into a 2-piece packaging consisting of tray and hood. The ELEMATIC Assist Systems have been particularly interesting for saving energy and for maintenance of machines depending on usage.

The new shelf for demonstration different pack styles attracted great interest within the visitors. There a representative excerpt of our portfolio was presented beginning from 1-piece transport packaging leading to modern 2-piece shelf-ready/retail-ready packaging.
