At Interpack 2011, in Düsseldorf, Bosch Packaging Technology presents the ELEMATIC 1000 SL and ELEMATIC 3000 S Case Packers. The ELEMATIC 1000 SL is a one-level, high performance machine, which handles up to 660 folding boxes per minute. High-performance collating, with the latest servo technology, offers a high output rate. At the same time, the size changeovers for new formats are very quickly and easily made. The ELEMATIC 1000 SL handles pre-glued RSC blanks with a capacity of up to 28 packages per minute.

The ELEMATIC 3000 S, as being demonstrated at Interpack, inserts folding boxes into packaging consisting of tray and hood. It is equipped with Assist System software, which ensures that important maintenance work is completed on schedule.

Both machines are also equipped with the "Standby and Sleep" function, which automatically shuts down parts which are not needed during production breaks. As a result, massive energy savings of up to 70% can be achieved.

On the Bosch stand, at B09-C058 in Hall 6, we have built a mini supermarket, which demonstrates Bosch’s packaging expertise. Our packaging development team works alongside our customers to create exciting new packaging forms, which are individual to every application. On our supermarket shelves you will find the whole range of possible packaging types, such as shelf-ready, wrap around and pre-glued blanks.
